Dudley the Dog

Dudley is a big silly Labrador cross that was found on a roadside in West Cork. He had been dumped, and countless attempts to find his owners proved fruitless. He had quite bad hips when he was found, presumably from a bang, but now he is perfectly well. He's nervous around people still, and has some minor behavioural issues, but he's a darling member of the family, and one we wouldn't be without for all the tea in China . He is getting much better in his behaviour, and is a bit like a child! He's spoiled rotten, and thinks mum and dad are his personal slaves!

Bothways Axel's Rose (Portia) the Dog

Portia is a Japanese Shiba Inu, and we are providing a nice retirement home for her. We got her from Kyoshi Kennels in Abbeyfeale, and we couldn't be happier with her. We're hoping she'll make a lovely companion for Dudley, who seemed a bit lonely on his own. She's very sweet natured, and great fun to have around - she's a sparky, quirky little madam, and keeps us on our toes! She is so wonderful, and we are totally besotted with her.
