Pam was a very special little lady to us. She was a total impulse GMR when we fostered Ffion’s litter for Nic in 2006. We basically fell in love with her… she was the smallest in the litter, and the only Russian blue point Siamese with red eyes. We totally fell in love with the little minx. She’s never been a huge fan of us though – always friendly, but never much of a people rat. Pam didn’t have a nasty bone in her body, but she never really wanted to be fussed either. She’s seen so many cage mates go – and finally it’s her time. She’s been fading for a few weeks now, and a nasty growth had started on her neck/chest, so we thought it was time to let her go with some dignity. :*( She had a gorgeous litter for Nicola, however so many of these suffered from a nasty virus they picked up :*( so there’s not much of a silver lining, however, hopefully she’s keeping those that have gone, company now.

She really was a fabulous character, and a wonderful pet, and I don’t quite know what we’ll do without her. Thank you Nic for letting us have such a special, silly old girl.
