Genetics to knowledge: Aa Dd rbrb (possibly carrying Dumbo, Mink, Siamese and Chocolate)

Ethyl was a fabulous old lady... I had hoped I'd not be writing this just yet, but she did have a reasonably long life, so I shouldn't grumble I guess. She was the last rat we had left from Squid and Ape's litter - and she was a perfect gem. She was always such a sweet natured doe - always loved to cuddle - for ages at a time, and was always so photogenic too. Some of my favourite rat photos are of her <3. She and her sister Ice were two of my best PR rats, everyone loved them - as both were almost comatose in temperament, and both were so pretty too.

Ethyl had a litter for us in 2009 with our lovely lad, her brother Bat Chain Puller. Sadly, this litter did not fare well, and seemingly were struck with CK so weren't continued. It's such a shame that Ethyl isn't in any of our line now, as she was such a wonderful girl - and obviously lived a pretty decent length of life with a good bill of health throughout.

I will miss her a great deal as we were rather close <3 she really was very special, and her passing is so soon after Zabba - and I just feel a bit numb now
