Genetics to knowledge: aa Dd rbrb (possibly carrying Mink, Chocolate and Dumbo)

Obviously the pain of losing Hoodoo and Red was just too much for Claxon... and we found him passed away this morning :*( he would have been two in a few days as well :*(

Claxon was a star - everyone knew him, firstly by the fact that he spent so long being so overweight! He was always a fatty... and then in the last month or two he lost a lot of weight rather rapidly. We figured it was his kidneys at play, but he was eating well and getting around fine, and every bit his old self except for the weight... and that was right up until we found Hoodoo yesterday. Claxon was obviously very agitated by it, and we put him in our lab tank for warmth. He had a load of nice foods, fleecey beds, everything in easy reach and it was warmer for him too. Then this morning we found him gone :*(

Claxon was a special lad, always there - always biting the bars and the water bottle demanding attention... first to come out and fail at the concept of personal space by snuggling into people and fussing them...  I know I'll miss him so much, because he was just always there, always with me and always out on my shoulder...

I hardly know what to say, so soon after Hoodoo... some birthday this has shaped up to be huh? Two rats gone, and our friend in the UK passed away during the night too...
